If you know Dirty Bones, you know we've got a bit of a thing for comfort food. It’s what we’ve always done best, so naturally we want as many people as possible to enjoy the comfort food dishes we create.
With more and more requests for vegan and vegetarian options at Dirty Bones, we challenged our team to develop some vegan dishes and drinks that tasted just as good as our most popular classics. We were blown away by the results, and the seed was officially planted. Cue Dirty Vegan - a partner pop-up concept featuring indulgent plant-inspired comfort food and cocktails.
After completing seven sell-out pop-up sessions in Shoreditch and five in Kensington, it’s safe to say that you guys were feeling our Dirty Vegan creations too.
Our 3-course sharing menu featured vegan-ified twists on Dirty Bones signature dishes - Cauliflower ‘Chicken’ & Buckwheat Waffles, a taste-it-to-believe-it ‘Vegyoza’ twist on our Cheeseburger Dumplings and very special guest dish, The Vegan Mac Daddy made with Moving Mountains® plant-based B12 Burger, our signature vegan mac & cashew ‘cheese’, smoky mushroom ‘short rib’ and espresso-spiked BBQ sauce on a soft bun. We also put a vegan spin on signature cocktails like The Fab, and added some seriously dangerous newbies. Hello, Dirty Viña Colada. The feedback was ace, the vibes lush, and our future plans for Dirty Vegan (and trust us, there’s lots) are currently in the works.
