In celebration of Carnaby Eats, get ready to Pimp Your Dog this September, exclusively at Dirty Bones Carnaby. Go bespoke and build your own take on our signature Yankee Dog. Choose either plant-based or pork and get customising with an exciting selection of classic and new-school toppings and sauces to choose from including plenty of vegan options too.
We asked the team at Dirty Bones Carnaby to choose their favourite combos.
Claudia, one of our Front of House crew, chose our premium pork dog with a slick of wasabi mayo on the bun, layered up with caramelised onions and finished with crispy bacon and spring onions.
“I love combining all of the onions, FTW. I also enjoy experimenting with interesting flavours, like wasabi mayo, it’s something I’ve been doing a lot recently.”
Eva, one of our totally awesome supervisors, also chose a pork dog, with an epic combo of cheese sauce, sweet chilli sauce, caramelised onions and crispy bacon (lots of it) on top.
“Its so good to see there’s options for vegans too, even though I’m not having the plant-based dog today, I’ve had it before and it’s so delicious. I chose my fave toppings from the list, crispy bacon makes everything great.”
Antonin our Assistant General Manager of Carnaby chose the classic route for his custom Yankee Dog His dog was accompanied by sauerkraut, cheese sauce, caramelised onions and crispy bacon.
“IMO sauerkraut is an essential ingredient of any hot dog. I like my hot dogs like I like my burgers, so I chose my go to ingredients. The result is super tasty”
Executive Head Chef, Andrew is loving the plant-based dog and adding sauerkraut, cheese sauce, pickled jalepeno, crispy shallots and spring onions.
"You simply can’t beat this combination. The sauerkraut gives some bite and the pickled jalapeños add a nice kick. I'm a big fan of the vegan dog too, even though I'm not vegan myself, the dog itself is really tasty and I am trying to be more conscious about my meat consumption"
