ARRIVING AT THE VENUE
DO I NEED A BOOKING ?
You are welcome to walk in - we always leave tables available specifically for walk in customers however we advise booking to make sure we can seat you.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
We no longer accept cash in any of our venues.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX, ApplePay & GooglePay and Dirty Bones Gift Vouchers.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Group of up to 20 can book online and will be automatically confirmed if we have the space. If you can’t see any space it is likely that we are fully booked, however we may be able to take walk-ins so please visit us. Bookings are open 3 months in advance.
To secure a booking on busy nights and large groups we do ask for card details in advance of the reservation. At the time of making the booking, your card will be authenticated for the amount of £10 per person. We do not charge your card to book, we simply take the information in case of a no show and/or failure to cancel before our 48h cancellation period.
IF I NEED TO CANCEL A BOOKING WILL I GET CHARGED?
If your booking is for 1-5 you can cancel online and you will not be charged. If your booking with us is for 6 diners or larger our cancellation period is 48hrs and we reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled within this time period.
This may change over holiday or special occasion periods such as Christmas or Bottomless brunch bookings - so please make sure you check the individual terms and conditions when booking.
While we always do our very best to fulfil our guests’ requests, all tables are allocated on arrival and can’t be guaranteed in advance. Due to layouts of our venues group bookings of 10 diners and over might be split across 2 or more tables allocated next to each other.
I’M RUNNING LATE, WHAT DO I DO?
Don’t worry, we hold all tables for 15 minutes. We ask that ALL of your party arrives within the 15-minute window of your allocated reservation time. We will do our best to seat late comers but cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
Groups of 20+ should enquire through the enquiry form. One of the team will be in touch – our events crew is available to assist Monday to Friday 10-5pm.

ARE DOGS/PETS ALLOWED ON YOUR PREMISSES
Certified Service animals are permitted on the venue and small well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome during non-peak times in all of our venues.
MY FWB CARD HASN’T ARRIVED/I LOST IT
If your FWB membership was accepted and email will arrive in your inbox within 7 days from your application being submitted. Please check your spam folders. Instructions on how to collect your card will be in the email.
HOW DO I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT GIFT VOUCHERS?
We are delighted to offer gift vouchers for Dirty Bones – you can buy these through our website in values of £25, £30, £50 and £100. Our vouchers must be used in a single transaction.
DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?
Our Kingly Court and Oxford locations have disabled access and toilets.
DO YOU ALLOW UNDER KIDS IN THE VENUE?
Children are welcomed across Dirty Bones Venues; our Oxford location has highchairs and kids’ menus.
DO YOU HAVE A CLOAKROOM?
No, unfortunately not.
TAKE AWAY AND DELIVERY
DO YOU OFFER TAKEAWAY?
We offer delivery though Deliveroo. You are welcome to pop in to any of our sites and order for collection
I CAN'T FIND DIRTY BONES ON DELIVEROO
If we’re really busy we may have stopped taking orders for a while, so the wait for food isn't too long, but we’ll be back on as soon as possible.
I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER
Please raise a case with Deliveroo if you have any problems with your order.
ARE YOU HALAL?
All of our beef, chicken and lamb products are halal. Due to customer demand we have introduced a non-halal product in our baby back ribs.
DO YOU HAVE A VEGAN MENU?
Our vegan options are marked with VE next to the dish.
Please do let us know in advance if you or any of your crew has any special dietary requirements and we will try our best to accommodate those. Please note; we can’t guarantee any of our products are suitable for those with allergies due to a high risk of cross-contamination. Check out our allergen guide for more information.
DO YOU HAVE ANY NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION?
We don't currently have calorie labelling or nutritional information on our dishes as this rule applies to companies that are larger than ours. This is indulgent comfort food and is a treat! Treat it as such.
We place a lot of effort on our décor and food therefore if you are celebrating a special occasion we kindly request holding back on bringing balloons & decorations onto the premises. We are not able to offer birthday cakes, and cannot handle store bought or homemade cakes due to cross contamination risks.

WHEN DO YOU OFFER YOUR BTMLS BRUNCH?
Our brunch menu for our delicious & boozy weekends is available at our Soho and Oxford restaurants on Saturday and Sunday 11am – 4pm.
