Summer, so lit right now.

The hottest summer in living memory has landed in London and (between a lot of cool cocktails and shade breaks) we’re making the most of it. With two summer festival pop-ups under our belts, we’ve already brought our old school beats, comfort food bites and overall good vibes to Soho Food Feast and Soho Music Month, and we’re just getting started. (Carnaby Street Eat, we’re coming for you next.) 

Back on 10th June, we joined the likes of Kiln, Xu, Bao, Ember Yard, Flat Iron to take part in the eighth year of Soho Food Feast, who work with London’s top restaurants to raise money for Soho Parish Primary School. Our dry-aged, flat iron steaks coated in housemade chimichurri and heritage tomato salad were a hit with the crowds - we had a little taste too, and trust us, they went down a treat.

A couple weeks later (and still buzzing), we popped up at Carnaby’s girl-powered Soho Music Month taking over one of their Live Music Sessions at Newburgh Quarter on 28th June. With our own resident female DJs, DJ LRO and Jules spinning old-school hip hop, funk and soul in the backdrop, the team dished out a petite, limited-edition version of our notorious Mac Daddy burger, with 50p from each dish going towards our awesome charity partner Youth Music’s charitable initiatives.

If you missed out, relax; there’s more. Save the date for 11th August, where we’ll be joining our coolest Carnaby neighbours for Carnaby Street Eat - a one day street food festival in the heart of London's West End on from 12pm - 7pm. Alongside 30 other delicious food stalls and pop-ups, we’ll be serving our famed Mini Mac Daddies for a fiver - which sold out in less than two hours last year. Did we mention entry is completely free? Sorry summer bod, better luck next year.
