London Cocktail Week is upon us and we’re joining a selection of the best bars around the city in creating an exclusive cocktail for the occasion. Each year the bars are handpicked and this year is no different. Now in it’s tenth year, the festival is marking their anniversary with 10 whole days of boozing and celebration. Come thru’ Dirty Bones London and experience the G.O.A.T (Greatest Of All Thyme) and raise a glass to one of our favourite weeks.

Created exclusively for London Cocktail Week 2019 and available only to ticket holders. We’re serving up a down right riff on what many a cocktail aficionado rates as of the ‘greatest of all time cocktails’ The White Lady. We’ve switched up the flavours with thyme and chartreuse hitting herbaceous notes whilst kumquat and yuzu bring the citrus, playing on the traditional flavours of triple sec and lemon. Pear, honey and chamomile form the sweet base of the cocktail and the result is fragrant with layers of flavour and a long, complex finish. That’s what makes it the G.O.A.T.

G.O.A.T (Greatest Of All Thyme) is garnished with the flavours of the drink itself, find dehydrated pear, lemon, thyme and chamomile.

Our group Head of Bars and master mixologist  Ales always wanted to create his own version of The White Lady and pay homage to the legendary drink. He’s feeling pretty good about thisepic serve, and we can’t wait for you to try it. We’ll see you at the bar with this timely creation and don’t forget to @ us in your snaps.
